Peer Recovery Coach

Care One, a premier staffing agency in Michigan, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Recovery Coaches. As part of the MI-REP program,  you will support individuals with substance use disorders within a correctional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Educate offenders about substance use and mental health disorders
• Assist in scheduling treatment appointments and provide support during challenges
• Review parole plans and discuss available resources for successful reintegration
• Supervise telehealth sessions and track productivity and outcomes
• Communicate with parole agents about offender treatment needs

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Michigan through an accredited Recovery Coach program
• Strong patient assessment, management, and documentation skills
• Ability to work harmoniously with diverse individuals and multi-disciplinary teams
• Commitment to Care One's mission and philosophy
• Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Proficient in English language skills
